Note: This post is based off of the Soho location, but triyoga also has studios in Chelsea, Covent Garden and Camden Town.
No matter the level of yogi you are, the type of yoga you enjoy or the amount of yoga you want in your life, triyoga has options that will work for you. They offer a range of classes from restorative yoga to Ashtanga, and everywhere in between. Classes are offered at Levels 1, 2, 3 and open level, so you can practice at the speed you want.
The Soho location is on the 2nd floor of Kingly Court. The reception area has a bench with shelves for your shoes and a boutique with lots of apparel and yoga props. At your first visit, you’ll get a member card, which you’ll scan to check yourself in and get a ticket, which tells you what studio to go to (you’ll later give this ticket to your instructor, so don’t lose it). There are two studios, which are bright and stocked with lots of props like mats, blocks, blankets and pillows. The changing room has showers, which have side panels to separate them, but no doors, and soap, but no shampoo and conditioner. There are lockers that work by putting a pound coin in, which releases the key, but don’t worry, you get the pound back when you open the locker again. Some people also take their stuff into the studio. The changing area is nice, but can get cramped at peak times.
Good to Know
Towels are a pound to rent (both for showering and use during class). There’s a water cooler in the reception area. There’s also a really nice, healthy, vegan café attached to the studio that serves everything from coffee, smoothies and juices to salads, sandwiches and cakes.
